This documentation includes almost all of the tests that can be used in the different types of works that Gisa manages (new work, rehabilitation, extension and reform) and by default those included in the current regulations are associated.
Like any other database, it must be understood as a general reference, which requires the particularization of each case. Therefore, it is the technicians responsible for establishing the quality control plan or program who, in each case, must adapt the information from the aforementioned bank to the specificity of the work, all modifying the control criteria (adding or removing tests, varying the control frequencies, etc.).
The bank of quality criteria includes:
- Criteria for testing frequencies
- Association work items – areas of control (with the reference price bank Gisa Building and Rehabilitation)
- Specifications (extracted from the specification sheet of technical conditions or corresponding regulations) Details of the novelties of the Gisa 2010 v1 building quality control criterion bank are detailed below:
- The association of work items – areas of control has been updated, including the new items introduced in the reference price banks of Gisa Edificación i Rehabilitació 2010 v1.
- CAATEEB quality control sheets have been implemented.
- The installation control sessions have been improved with the inclusion in the descriptions of the elements and/or parameters to be controlled, new areas of control have been included (eg false ceiling substructures), the type of control of finished work, etc.
- The prices of the essays include 13% in terms of general expenses, and 6% in terms of industrial profit; therefore, special attention should be paid when setting up the last sheet of the QC budget, as only 18% VAT will need to be applied.

- The criteria banks have been adapted to the new requirements of the Technical Building Code (CTE) regarding protection against noise (DB HR), new requirements of PG3 collected in circular orders OC 21/2007, OC 23 /08 and OC 24/08, the structural concrete instruction (EHE-08) and the cement reception instruction (RC-08).
- The Gisa 2008 reference essay prices have been maintained in this update. These prices include 13% in terms of general expenses, and 6% in terms of industrial profit; therefore, special attention should be paid when setting up the last sheet of the QC budget, as only 16% VAT will need to be applied.
