The ConTech Observatory is an initiative of the Barcelona ConTech Hub dedicated to the continuous monitoring and analysis of key data from the Spanish and international ConTech ecosystem, with the aim of offering reliable, updated information of strategic value for the different stakeholders of the ConTech ecosystem (startups, investors, companies and various organizations).

Through the Observatory, studies are promoted that analyze multiple variables to gain in-depth knowledge of the current situation of entrepreneurship and technological innovation in the construction sector. These studies allow the identification of growth opportunities, challenges, areas and trends of innovation in the sector.

On the other hand, a holistic approach facilitates a deeper understanding of the impact and evolution of new technologies in construction.

In addition, from the ConTech Observatory we collect and analyze insights from specialized investors (Business Angels, Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital, etc.) contributing to strategic decision-making, helping startups, corporations and ecosystem actors to anticipate changes and enhance their growth.
