TCQi/TCQ – Budget and technical conditions

Based on the measurements, which can be incorporated with the graphic reading of files or the connection with graphic measurement programs, he prepares the budgets and specifications of the works.

It allows interacting with the main BIM modeling platforms in order to be able to make budgets. Create and maintain budgets, which are organized in a hierarchical structure of up to 9 levels of breakdown in the chapter of the work and allow an unbalanced structure, that is, it is not necessary that all the lines of the budget are assigned to the same level , but that, depending on the nature of the work, the designer has full freedom to break down each part of the budget to the level that suits him; the last level is the budget line. Each line is assigned a price, which can come from a bank or be newly created, and an amount (direct or detailed).
