These are courses where the user organizes themselves to complete part of the training online with digital training resources that the user organizes themselves + a day of online training with a BREEAM® teacher.
The courses are offered for a period of time and you have time if you do the training before the last day.
- From 06/18/2025 to 07/09/2025. Online – It is essential to complete the online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference in the morning.
The course is essential for construction professionals who need to know the keys to the BREEAM® methodology, to apply it in projects and works that will be evaluated under this sustainability standard born in the United Kingdom in 1990 and adapted to the language, regulations and construction practice of Spain in 2010.
The objectives of the training are:
- Learn about the environmental impacts produced by the construction sector.
- Understand the importance of sustainable development and certification seals in the world.
- Define what BREEAM® is and how it works.
- Distinguish building types based on the applicable BREEAM® Schemes.
- Learn how to calculate a BREEAM® rating
- Differentiate the roles of the figures involved in the methodology: Associate, Advisor, Authorized Organization, Client, Certifying Body.
- Understand how the evaluation and certification process works.
- Interpret the BREEAM® ES Technical Manuals.
