These are courses where the user organizes themselves to complete part of the training online with digital training resources that the user organizes themselves + a day of online training with a BREEAM® teacher.
The courses are offered for a period of time and you have time if you do the training before the last day.
- From 06/11/2025 to 11/12/2025. Online – It is essential to complete the online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference in the morning.
This course is aimed at professionals who wish to assess the sustainability of existing buildings of any type, including residential. It is perfect for professionals in Engineering, Architecture or Building Consultancy who are interested in the design, specification, and/or management of low environmental impact buildings through the assessment and delivery of projects for certification under the BREEAM® scheme for Commercial and Residential Use in Spain.
Once you have completed the training, you will have fulfilled one of the prerequisites to become a personal Advisor and make BREEAM® your profession, offering your services in the market.
The objectives of this course are:
- Interpret BREEAM® In Use V6 Manuals and procedures
- Understanding the BREEAM® In Use V6 assessment and certification process
- Present reasons and arguments for evaluating and auditing projects under the BREEAM® In Use V6 Scheme
- Assess whether the evidence is adequate and accurate in accordance with those required in the BREEAM® In Use V6 Technical Manual.
- Write the Evaluation Report with rigor, maintaining its integrity.
