These are courses where the user organizes themselves to complete part of the training online with digital training resources that the user organizes themselves + a day of online training with a BREEAM® teacher.
The courses are offered for a period of time and you have time if you do the training before the last day.
- From 29/10/2025 to 10/12/2025. Online – It is essential to complete the online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference in the morning.
This course is aimed at assessing the sustainability of new buildings throughout their life cycle, from the design phases to the construction phase of a project. It is also applicable to rehabilitation, extension or refurbishment works.
It is perfect for Engineering, Architecture or Consulting professionals who have an interest in the design, specification, and execution of low environmental impact buildings in Spain.
Once you have completed the training, you will have fulfilled one of the prerequisites to become a personal Advisor and make BREEAM® your profession, offering your services in the market.
The objectives of the training are:
- Interpret BREEAM® New Construction Manuals and procedures
- Understand the BREEAM® New Construction assessment and certification process
- Present reasons and arguments for evaluating and auditing projects under the BREEAM® New Construction Scheme
- Assess whether the evidence is adequate and accurate in accordance with those required in the BREEAM® New Construction Technical Manual
- Write the Evaluation Report with rigor, maintaining its integrity.
