These are courses where the user is organized to complete in online mode a part of the training with digital training resources that is organized by the user himself + a day of online training with a BREEAM® teacher.
The courses are offered for a period of time and you have time if you do the training before the last day.
- From 05/03/2026 to 09/04/2026. Online – It is essential to complete the online training before attending the mandatory final videoconference in the morning.
This course is aimed at evaluating and qualifying the environmental, social and economic impact derived from new urban developments or urban renovations during the design and planning phases.
It is perfect for Engineering, Architecture or Consulting professionals who have an interest in the design, specification, and execution of low environmental impact buildings in Spain.
Once you have completed the training, you will have fulfilled one of the prerequisites to become a personal Advisor and make BREEAM® your profession, offering your services in the market.
The objectives of this course are:
- Interpreting the BREEAM® Urban Planning Manuals and Procedures
- Understand the evaluation and certification process of BREEAM® Urbanisme
- To present reasons and arguments for evaluating and auditing projects under the BREEAM® Urban Planning Scheme
- Assess whether the evidence is adequate and accurate in accordance with those required in the BREEAM® Urban Planning Technical Manual
- Write the Evaluation Report with rigor, maintaining its integrity
