The Lean Construction Barcelona 2024 Conference is entitled ” Lean, talent towards efficiency “. The objective of the day is to share and disseminate knowledge with construction sector agents and Lean experts. It aims to show how Lean Construction helps lead the talent of organizations towards excellence, efficiency and effectiveness, from 3 perspectives, focusing on 3 thematic blocks:

- Synergies between Lean and other management systems.
