The company CERÁMICAS MIRA has obtained the DAU 25/153 for its Mirabrick SATE 11.5 Acoustic system for non-load-bearing masonry with horizontal joints of 4 mm to 7 mm.

The Mirabrick SATE 11.5 Acústico system consists of a non-load-bearing solution for the execution of the main façade and partition wall cladding, designed to resist and transmit wind loads, as well as to support exterior cladding (SATE systems). It is also used in separating walls of different use units.

The Mirabrick V12 Acústico ceramic piece is a perforated piece of fired clay with horizontal perforations and a groove on the supporting face. The piece measures 395 mm in length, 115 mm in width and 200 mm in height, and weighs 9.8 kg.

This system has been evaluated in terms of mechanical resistance according to the UNE-EN 1052-1 standard and the CTE DB SE-F calculation methods. Its fire resistance, thermal insulation and acoustic insulation performances have also been evaluated.
