The company CONSTRUCTION FIXING SYSTEMS LTD has obtained the ETA 25/0222 for its CFS Anchor Channel CPRO system, designed for structural fixing using anchor channels in concrete.

The CFS Anchor Channel CPRO system consists of metal channel profiles with welded anchor studs and specific channel bolts (T-bolts or captive locking plates), all made of stainless steel. The channels are designed to be embedded flush into the concrete element, and allow the flexible positioning of fixings, as channel bolts can slide along the channel.

The ETA covers different variants (CPRO38, CPRO50, CPRO52S, and CPRO52), distinguished by the geometry of the channel and of the anchorage, and by the compatible channel bolts. Each variant has specific mechanical performance depending on the type of load applied.

Assessed performance include steel and concrete resistance under static and quasi-static loads, with data on tension, transverse shear and pull-out resistance. All components are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability under demanding environmental conditions.

The assessment has been carried out under the framework of EAD 330008-04-0601 Anchor channels, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 305/2011.

This system is suitable for reinforced or unreinforced, cracked or uncracked concrete structures in both new construction and renovation and is intended for static or quasi-static load applications.
