The company Enerblock SL has obtained DAU 25/151 and DAU 25/152 for its Hormablock 2D and Enerblock System systems, designed for 2D industrialized solutions for façade enclosures, and structural façades and floors, respectively.

DAU 25/151 assesses the Hormablock 2D façade systems, made up of industrialized 2D components for non-structural façade enclosures. These modules include a cold-formed steel frame, fibre-cement, XPS and gypsum-fibre boards on the external and internal faces, and mineral wool insulation between the profiles. The system can be configured as a façade passing in front of the floor slabs or as a façade confined between slabs.

DAU 25/152 assesses the Enerblock System, a system of industrialized 2D components for structural façades, roofs, intermediate floors and suspended ground floors. In this case, the façade components have a structural function and are combined with other internal lightweight steel vertical elements defined for each project. Likewise, the horizontal industrialized components of the system also have a structural function.

Together, the two DAUs reflect an industrialized construction approach based on 2D components, with applications in both the building envelope and part of the structural system. The DAUs assess the conformity of these systems with the requirements of the Spanish Technical Building Code-CTE.
