The company Exagres SA Technical Solutions has obtained ETA 26/0119 for its EXATECH FV ventilated façade kit.

EXATECH FV is a complete kit for the execution of ventilated facade claddings, formed by:

• Cladding elements: grooved panels based on extruded ceramic tiles manufactured in accordance with EN 14411. The panels are provided with grooves to enable mechanical fixing and are available in four models FVH 397, FVH 600, FVS C1 and FVS B1, with different thicknesses, dimensions and geometries.
• Cladding fixings: the cladding elements are mechanically fixed using one of the following clip types:
  • Simple Clip 13 mm
  • Simple Clip 15 mm GA20
  • Simple Clip 15 mm TW18
• Substructure components: composed of vertical profiles and brackets, both manufactured from aluminium alloy.
• Fixings: used for the assembly of the substructure components and for anchoring the system to the supporting wall.
• Ancillary components: EPDM joint profiles.

ETA 26/0119 assesses the reaction to fire, wind resistance and mechanical resistance performance of the different components of the kit and their connections, as well as their durability, in accordance with EAD 090062-01-0404 Kits for external wall claddings mechanically fixed. The EXATECH FV kit belongs to Family C according to said EAD.
