The company ROSA GRES SLU has obtained the ETA 25/0353 for its ONE STEP – ICB system, designed for thermal insulation of façades using prefabricated units with mechanical and adhesive fixing.

The ONE STEP – ICB system belongs to the VETURE kit family and consists of a prefabricated unit with expanded cork (ICB) insulation and a ceramic skin, mechanically attached using a mechanical interlocking system. The panels are fixed using special mechanical anchors that allow vertical and horizontal alignment adjustment. The system is meant for application on external masonry or concrete walls, in both new constructions and renovations, enhancing durability and thermal comfort.

The assessment was conducted under the framework of EAD 040914-01-0404 Veture kits – Prefabricated units for external wall insulation and their fixing devices; the reaction to fire of the product, the resistance to impacts, the mechanical capacity against vertical and horizontal loads of the bonded joints and mechanical fasteners, the thermal insulation and durability have been evaluated.
