SAINT-GOBAIN WEBER CEMARKSA SA is granted ETA 26/0371 for its ETICS system webertherm acustic ERGO.
ETA 26/0371 assesses the webertherm acustic ERGO system by SAINT-GOBAIN WEBER CEMARKSA SA, intended for the external thermal insulation of building walls using an ETICS with rendering.
The system consists of mineral wool (MW) insulation boards mechanically fixed to the substrate with supplementary adhesive, together with webertherm BASE ERGO base coat, glass fibre mesh and different finishing coats. Two insulation variants are included: webertherm placa TF Profi and webertherm placa FKD-N.
The main assessed performances include the system reaction-to-fire, behaviour against water and water vapour, bond strength between components, thermal resistance and durability.
The assessment is based on EAD 040083-01-0404 External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems with rendering system. The system is intended for new or existing vertical external walls made of masonry or concrete.
