The company SALTOKI OFFSITE SL has obtained the DAU 25/156 for its industrialized modules for kitchens and bathrooms SALTOKI OFFSITE.

SALTOKI OFFSITE are three-dimensional industrialised lightweight units for kitchens and bathrooms, consisting of walls, floor and ceiling, which are installed on the structure of the building and house the installations and finishes of the rooms they constitute. The units are based on lightweight panels with an XPS core and synthetic coatings (fiberglass mesh on both sides adhered to the XPS by means of an adhesive of its own manufacture and covered by a plastic impermeable membrane -EVAC- of synthetic fibers), finished with wallcoverings, ceiling and floor coverings depending on the project.

The units are supplied with minimum dimensions of 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 2200 mm (length x width x height) and maximum dimensions of 4000 mm x 2400 mm x 3000 mm. The weight of the unit can vary between 1,100 kg and 1,500 kg depending on the dimensions, finishes and furniture chosen.

In the DAU, the applicable regulatory requirements of the CTE in residential or tertiary buildings have been evaluated: the reaction to fire has been evaluated considering the usual finishing coatings, the waterproofing and behavior against water vapor, the resistance against impacts, eccentric loads and point loads, the acoustic behavior and the durability of the industrialized SALTOKI OFFSITE modules.

The DAU describes the main criteria to be taken into account at the project level and at the execution level for the integration and use of the SALTOKI OFFSITE modules in the project.
