The company FCV AISLAMIENTOS ENVOLVENTES SL has obtained the DAU 24/140 for its COMPLETE FCVAE INTEGRAL WALL SYSTEM for facade enclosure with self-supporting metal frame and exterior fiber-reinforced cement plate.

The MI FCVAE system is made up of a single galvanized steel substructure with a layer of thermal insulation in its cavity, a substructure onto which the 12 mm thick HYDROPANEL ^® fiber-reinforced cement board is screwed from the outside, with its joints treated with paste and mesh tape.

On the interior of the substructure, the MI FCVAE system is solved according to the following options:

• MI1-FCVAE system: Type A laminated plasterboard with 13 mm thick vapor barrier + 15 mm Type F laminated plasterboard.
• MI2-FCVAE system: Type A laminated plasterboard with 13 mm thick vapor barrier + 13 mm Type A laminated plasterboard

In all three systems, the corresponding joint treatment between the interior plates is applied.

The DAU evaluation of the facade closure system has considered its own requirements, such as mechanical resistance to wind and horizontal thrusts and impacts, reaction and resistance to fire, permeability to air, water vapor and rainwater, airborne noise insulation and thermal insulation.
