The company ROADWAY SOLUTIONS has obtained the ETA 25/0103 for its RW Elast® / Eiffaprène® product, designed to modify bituminous mixtures used in the construction and maintenance of roads, airport runways and other paved areas.
The RW Elast® / Eiffaprène® product is composed of bitumen and a styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) elastomer in high concentration, used to modify bitumen in asphalt mixtures, enhancing their rheological and mechanical properties.
The assessment was carried out according to EAD 230145-00-0105 Compound for bitumen and bituminous mixture based on crumb rubber powder – Variant: extension of scope.
The system is suitable for use in new road works and rehabilitation projects.
