The company TECNYDECK 2012 S.L. has recently obtained the DAU 24/147 for its T-PR, T-LR, and T-PA system, designed for lightweight enclosures of flat non-trafficable self-protected deck roofs.
These systems consist of self-supporting solutions, mechanically anchored to the support structure, without structural function but designed to withstand and transfer permanent loads, usage overloads, as well as snow and wind loads. The systems are composed of the following components:
- T-PR: trapezoidal metal sheet, PIR thermal insulation, and a TPO waterproofing membrane.
- T-LR: trapezoidal metal sheet, mineral wool (MW) thermal insulation, and a TPO waterproofing membrane.
- T-PA: a sandwich panel with a PIR insulating core and two pre-painted steel sheets, with a TPO waterproofing membrane adhered using contact adhesive.
These systems have been assessed in terms of fire reaction (B-s2,d0), external fire performance (BROOF (t1)) and waterproofing according to UNE-EN 1928 method B. Mechanical resistance, thermal insulation, and airtightness properties have also been analysed.
