TUBĄDZIN MANAGEMENT GROUP Sp. z o.o has been granted ETA 26/0170 for its Monolith Plus multilayer slab used as wall cladding and flooring.
The product consists of a dry-pressed ceramic slab, reinforced on the reverse side by a glass fibre mesh embedded in an adhesive layer, that is produced in large dimensions up to 2748 mm x 1198 mm and delivered either in its original format or in smaller sizes obtained by cutting.
The product is available in two variants:
- Monolith Plus 6: ceramic slab thickness of 6 mm, with a total thickness ranging from 6,3 mm to 6,6 mm.
- Monolith Plus 8: ceramic slab thickness of 8 mm, with a total thickness ranging from 8,3 mm to 8,6 mm.
The evaluation ETA 26/0170 has been conducted in accordance with EAD 090078-00-0504 Ceramic multilayer slab for wall claddings and floorings, and included the characterization of its reaction to fire, water absorption, mechanical performance and durability under various environmental conditions.
The system has been evaluated for the three intended uses:
- Internal and external wall cladding.
- External cladding systems, including ventilated and non-ventilated façades installed on substructures.
- Internal and external flooring, including stairs.
