HOUSEFUL example of innovation in rehabilitation

In the framework of the Postgraduate course in housing policies of the UNESCO Chair in Housing of the Rovira i Virgili University, Ferran Bermejo, architect and Technical Director of ITeC, presented on June 1 a lecture on Technological innovation for housing rehabilitation. He talked about the new digital environment, digitization of existing heritage, environmental analysis on digital models and innovative products and systems.

The lecture presented an example of a digital environment in a multi-family house in Sant Quirze del Vallès, a demonstration that is part of the European HOUSEFUL project in which ITeC participates and which aims to adopt circular buildings in the housing sector.

The course was attended by multidisciplinary professionals related to the construction sector, lawyers, developers, investors, architects, engineers and public administration.
