The construction sector is facing a transformation process marked both by the incorporation of new materials and technologies and by the need to improve the efficiency of processes. This scenario highlights the importance of adopting new management approaches that reduce inefficiencies, improve productivity and foster collaboration between the different agents in the sector.

In this context, ITeC and SIMON are organising the session “Lean Café: SIMON, example of Lean 360 application”, a conference aimed at sharing experiences and reflecting on the application of Lean Management and collaborative contracting models in the construction sector.

The event is inspired by the Toyota Production System, which represented a paradigm shift in the industry by introducing Lean principles as the basis for continuous improvement.

From there, SIMON will present its experience, showing how it is possible to apply a Lean 360 vision from its role within the value chain and how this approach contributes to improving the overall efficiency of projects and the competitiveness of the sector.
