10th Lean Construction Barcelona 2025 conference: “Collaborate or compete”
On October 2nd, La Casa de la Llum Barcelona Simon will host a new edition of the 10th Lean Construction Barcelona Conference , which this year is being held under the motto “Collaborate or compete”. This meeting has become a point of reference for all construction sector professionals interested in Lean methodologies and the collaborative transformation of the sector.
Organized by ITeC and the BIMETRIC consultancy, with the support of the Lean Committee, the AEICE Cluster and the CGATE , the event aims to share knowledge, experiences and good practices on the application of Lean Construction, with a special emphasis on collaborative work and collaborative contracting .
The session will be structured into the following three main thematic blocks. It will also include a practical workshop.
- Collaborate or compete: how to work collaboratively, with or without a legal framework that supports it.
- Success stories in collaborative procurement: real projects that demonstrate the effectiveness of collaboration.
- The legal environment of collaborative contracting: an indispensable tool to advance towards the industrialization of the sector.
