Seminar on the management of online reputation crises in the construction sector
On September 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the ITeC auditorium will host the seminar Aspects on the management of an online reputation crisis in the construction sector, by Josep Coll, media entrepreneur and current promoter of RepScan.
The aim of the session is to provide the interested public with the keys to preventing, managing and resolving reputational crises in the digital environment, providing strategies to deal with them from a communicative, legal and technological perspective.
Throughout the day, several specialists will share experiences, real cases and management tools. There will also be a final space for questions and debate.
The programme is structured in three main blocks:
- Online reputation crisis management. MarÃa José Adamuz Peña, Lawyer specialising in the management of reputational crises.
- Detection and legal removal of negative content. Josep Coll, Lawyer and Co-founder of RepScan, and Óscar Sánchez, Criminologist and Head of the RepScan Operations Platform.
- Depositioning of negative content and construction of digital identity. Silvia Tascón and Xavier Llop, Experts in Digital Reputation.
