The Homeskin consortium, a European project in which ITeC is a technology partner, held a workshop in Brussels, on January 23, for the purpose of presenting the progress made so far and establishing the steps to be taken next.

The Homeskin project, which ends in January this year, is funded by the European research and innovation programme Horizon 2020. Within the consortium, ITeC has been involved in identifying the technical and regulatory requirements at a European level and has oriented the process of innovation and development. The role of the institute is to monitor the compliance of these new products with European regulations so that they can be made commercially available in the EU market.

The workshop on Novel Energy Efficient Envelopes – H2020 EU Projects has been organized in conjunction with four other European projects which are currently under development.
