The ConTech sector continues to grow and one of the startups in our ecosystem has just closed a new round of funding of 5 million euros. We are talking about Amelia Hub, a company that promotes the digitization of quality control in the construction of photovoltaic parks.

Founded by Bernardo Sá Pereira and David Ferré, the scaleup has accumulated more than 30,000 operations in more than 20 countries, and has evolved from drone inspection to a comprehensive solution that combines software and hardware to optimize key processes on site.

Its main product, Hincator®, allows the installation of the pillars on which the solar panels are located to be measured and recorded in an automated way. The system captures data in less than 15 seconds per point, synchronizes it in real time – even in environments without coverage – and generates automatic reports without the need for manual intervention.

This proposal represents a significant change from traditional processes, providing greater precision, traceability and efficiency, while reducing human errors, execution times and costs associated with setbacks. It also allows for more agile decision-making during project execution, especially in highly complex environments.

At the same time, Amelia is working to expand its solution and also cover the operation and maintenance phases, with the aim of covering the entire life cycle of energy assets.

Looking ahead to 2026, the company plans to strengthen its international expansion, with a special focus on the United States and emerging markets, and continue to scale in a global market with ample potential for technological solutions applied to construction.
