The Construction Innovation China programme is organising a new international immersion in Shanghai from 9 to 13 November, with the aim of getting to know first-hand where industrialised construction is evolving.

The program offers direct experience with some of the most relevant players in the sector in China, allowing participants to access leading companies and innovation centers.

Among the organizations that will be visited are benchmarks such as Shanghai Construction Group, GLODON, WEIBUILD or ZN House, as well as the ecosystem of the Suzhou Industrial Park, considered one of the main urban and industrial laboratories on a global scale.

This immersion will allow us to closely analyze key trends such as robotics applied to construction, the integral digitization of processes, digital twins or large-scale modular construction.

Beyond the technological field, the initiative focuses on a deeper transformation of the sector. Industrialized construction is proposed as a new way of thinking about projects, which impacts production, collaboration between agents and the management of assets throughout their life cycle.

The programme invites us to reflect on how to adapt these trends to the local reality, understanding that innovation is not based on replicating models, but on interpreting and applying them strategically.
