Evowall, a company specializing in sustainable industrialized construction and member of the Barcelona ConTech Hub, has begun the assembly of its innovative system in the ‘La Termal’ project in La Garriga. This initiative, executed by Roig Construccions, Global Partner of the Barcelona ConTech Hub, is a benchmark in energy efficiency and sustainability within the European REN+HOMES program.

Evowall‘s industrialized system allows construction times to be drastically reduced without compromising quality. While the basement was being built on site, the Evowall panels were custom-made, ensuring maximum precision and minimizing environmental impact. Thanks to digital tools such as Tekla and Revit, planning and assembly have been optimized to ensure a fast and efficient process.

‘La Termal‘ is a multifamily positive energy project with Passivhaus Plus certification, which will generate more energy than it will consume, becoming a reference model in decarbonization and energy efficiency. Its selection within the European REN+HOMES program reinforces its role as an example of the industrialized and digitalized transformation in construction.
