Finsa presents the new Hospitality catalogue: industrialisation and technical wood in the hotel sector

Coinciding with Interihotel 2025, Finsa has presented the sixth edition of its Hospitality catalogue, a publication that brings together 26 national and international projects where wood, both in technical panels and in industrialised solutions, is consolidated as a key material for new construction models in the hotel sector.
The edition reflects how hotel chains and architecture teams are incorporating more efficient, sustainable and scalable systems. Among the most outstanding cases are an industrialized mini house in Austria and a five-storey modular hotel in Zaragoza designed under Passivhaus criteria, examples that demonstrate the potential of prefabrication and technical wood to reduce deadlines, improve energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
The projects have been developed by international operators such as Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Accor, IHG and Minor Hotels, which are increasingly committed to next-generation materials aimed at sustainability and the decarbonisation of the sector.
Industrialized solutions and high-performance materials
The new catalogue brings together a large part of the product lines that Finsa has developed to respond to the growing demand for technical construction elements and industrialised systems:
- Finsa Design: decorative panels, HPL, natural veneers and textured panels for environments of high intensity of use.
- Finsa Tech: technical solutions for wet areas and lacquered woods.
- Finsa Process: transformed components for industrialized kitchens.
- Finsa Flooring: high-strength laminate flooring.
In addition, for the first time, technologies such as the patented Finsa Infinite Tricoya board are included, with high durability for demanding spaces; the CLT of Xilonor, which accelerates the use of structural wood in buildings; and Savia’s Gradpanel Thermopine facades, a system designed to improve thermal performance and dimensional stability. These solutions reinforce the company’s commitment to R+D and industrialization as a way of evolving the sector.
The projects in the portfolio are distributed in cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Zaragoza, Bilbao, Valencia, Malaga and Mallorca, as well as in international locations such as Toronto, Genoa, Sardinia, the Dominican Republic, Aruba and Austria. All of them share a common goal: to integrate low-impact materials, more efficient processes and solutions that facilitate the management and maintenance of spaces throughout their life cycle.
Each project is documented with a technical sheet that specifies the materials used, the year of execution, the area of application and key data for professionals in the sector.
With this new edition of the Hospitality catalogue, Finsa reaffirms its commitment to innovation applied to construction, especially in the hotel segment, where industrialisation, digitalisation and sustainability define the new standards. The technical wood solutions and modular systems incorporated in the portfolio show how the material continues to gain presence in more efficient, scalable and environmentally friendly architectures.
