The SpaceLab of the Barcelona ConTech Hub is consolidated as the first and only ConTech coworking in Spain, an environment specifically designed to promote startups that are transforming the future of construction through technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

After the experience of the ConTech SpaceLab Free Program, where several startups participated for three months to evaluate the service, the resulting report confirms that the SpaceLab is much more than a coworking space: the startups highlighted the climate of support, strategic mentoring, the quality of the infrastructures, and the creation of a collaborative community as key elements to accelerate its growth. The study also points out that the SpaceLab provides direct value in the definition of the value proposition, the strategic prioritization, and the validation of business hypotheses.

Based on these contributions, the Hub has promoted improvements in connectivity, comfort, and dynamization, as well as a program of activities with demo days, workshops, and technical sessions to strengthen the ecosystem.

The SpaceLab offers a unique environment: a fully equipped coworking space , immersion in the startup ecosystem, and specialized technical support thanks to its location within ITeC, one of the most important construction technology centers in Europe.
