Speedy promotes the digitization of public tenders with artificial intelligence
Speedy, a startup member of the Barcelona ConTech Hub, is transforming the way companies in the construction sector access and analyse public tenders through the use of artificial intelligence.
Speedy is a technology company in the construction sector that centralizes large volumes of information in a single place, streamlines decision-making processes based on relevant data and identifies the best opportunities based on the profile and capabilities of each company.
Recently, the company has completed a pilot with industry-renowned engineering, which has allowed it to validate its opportunity selection technology, achieving more than 90% success in identifying tenders aligned with the company’s profile and significantly reducing the time spent on these tasks.
During this pilot, in addition to validating the technology, the Speedy team refined its recommendation algorithm and began to develop new functionalities adapted to the real needs of the customer. These include an automatic specification analyzer, capable of extracting the most relevant criteria when preparing a bid, and a business analysis space, which allows you to explore historical data on competitors, average casualties and awards by entity.

Currently, Speedy is looking for companies that actively participate in public tenders and that want to be part of a new pilot program of one month duration.
These companies will be able to:
- Try the tool and learn first-hand how it helps them in the identification and analysis of public procurement opportunities.
- Define together with the Speedy team the key functionalities of the product, becoming strategic allies in its development.
The ideal profile is medium-sized companies whose main business is public procurement and that are open to incorporating AI and data analytics tools to improve their competitiveness.
