The Barcelona ConTech Hub has reinforced its role as a catalyst for technological innovation in the construction sector with its presence in three key sessions during Construmat 2025, held from May 20 to 22 in Barcelona.

On Wednesday 21, the Hub participated in the round table on Financing and investment in ConTech startups, where the range of financial opportunities to promote innovative projects in the sector was analyzed. Montse Duran, General Coordinator of the Hub, shared space with Enric Chiva (BStartup Banc Sabadell), Cristina Ubach (Ubach Munné) and Leandro Funes (Aquí tu Reforma), addressing private and public financing strategies adapted to the ConTech ecosystem.

On Thursday 22, the Hub was represented in the ConTech National Vision session, which offered an overview of the technological transformation of the sector on a state scale. Paco Gómez Escofet, Director of the Hub, alongside Ignasi Pérez Arnal (Atom Modular) and Anna Puigdevall Sagrera (API), where they analyzed the challenges and opportunities to scale solutions and foster an open and solid technological culture in construction.

Likewise, the Hub was present at the ITeC stand with the session entitled How to innovate in the construction sector?, led by Montse Duran and with the participation of four member startups: Techtiva, SELDX, Equipzilla and WALLINVENT . The startups shared their success stories and strategies for applying real innovation in construction projects.

This triple participation reinforces the Barcelona ConTech Hub’s commitment to the visibility of the ecosystem and the promotion of collaboration between startups, institutions and companies in the sector.
