From the Barcelona ConTech Hub we have promoted the first Study on the ConTech ecosystem in Spain . This initiative marks the beginning of the ConTech Observatory, a new line of work aimed at generating strategic knowledge on technological innovation in the construction sector.

The report offers a comprehensive view of the ConTech entrepreneurial ecosystem in our country. Based on data obtained through a structured survey aimed at startup founders, a detailed analysis has been carried out of the main areas of impact, the technologies used, the level of maturity of the solutions, the barriers to their adoption, the funding raised and the future prospects of the sector.

The ConTech Observatory was created with the aim of continuously analyzing the evolution of the ecosystem, detecting opportunities and difficulties, and providing a useful tool for startups , companies, public administrations and investors. With this study we take the first step towards building a solid data base that allows for more informed decisions and contributes to driving innovation in the sector.

The official presentation of the study took place on May 24 at the REBUILD 2025 fair in Madrid, one of the leading events in the sector at the national level. The report has already been covered in specialized media and is available for open consultation through this link.
