From the Barcelona ConTech Hub we celebrate the launch of AB360, a platform developed by Yutopias Systems , a startup member of our ecosystem. AB360 represents a major step forward in the digitalization of the construction sector, combining artificial intelligence, sustainability and real-time collaboration.

AB360 is the first collaborative platform based on Process Information Modeling (PIM) applied to sustainable construction. With the support of artificial intelligence, the platform helps to improve productivity and reduce the environmental impact of projects, aligning with the European Level(s) standard.

• Collaboration between key agents: AB360 connects developers, designers and construction companies, offering real-time data and alerts to improve decision-making.
• Platón.ai virtual assistant: An intelligent assistant that collects and analyzes project data to generate useful reports and action proposals.
• BigData4PIM: A powerful data processing engine that integrates sources such as BIM, ERP, PMO, SAS or IoT, offering precise and immediate information.

AB360 is not only a platform, but also an open innovation program: AB360 Open Lab. Through the development of Micro MVPs with industrial partners , agile and profitable solutions are proposed to the major challenges of the sector, such as low productivity and high environmental costs.
