2024 update of Banks Infraestructures.cat
The 2024 updates of the Infraestructures.cat Building, Civil Works and Hydraulic Works reference price banks are now available.

The 2024 update of the reference data banks for Building (construction and rehabilitation), Civil Works (road works and railway installations) and Hydraulic Works (canals, irrigation, etc.) consisted of bringing up to date reference prices, expand work items, review the repercussion of current regulations and review environmental data for energy cost indicators, CO₂eq emissions and waste.
In relation to the price update, these incorporate the latest variations. In addition, for each bank, since May 2022, the price variations of the most relevant materials have been published periodically.

In relation to the data on the environmental indicators, these incorporate the latest variations in accordance with generic values obtained from the Ecoinvent base.
In relation to the extensions, in the Civil Works bank the auscultation section has been expanded and in the Hydraulic Works Bank the butterfly type sectioning valves have been expanded. In addition, two new banks are added to the previous banks that are applicable as a complement to all 3 banks: Bank Monitoring-Telecontrol-Photovoltaic-RechargeVehicles and Bank Geotecnia . These banks completely deal with the sections that the same name indicates and in the case of Monitoring and Remote Control, the work items that could be on this subject in the 2023 banks have also been moved there.
Benches are used for models delivered on or after June 1, 2024. Exceptions are specific cases that will be notified by Infraestructures.cat.
