The 2025 updates of the Infraestructures.cat Building, Civil Works and Hydraulic Works reference price banks are now available. The Geotechnical Bank has been updated in addition to the previous banks.

The 2025 update of the Building Reference Data Banks (construction and rehabilitation), Civil Works (road works and railway installations) and Hydraulic Works (canals, irrigation, etc.) consisted of updating the reference prices, expanding the work items, reviewing the impact of current regulations and reviewing/updating the environmental data of the energy cost indicators, CO₂eq. emissions and waste.

While the Civil Works and Hydraulic Works Benches are presented in the usual format, the Parametric Building Bench becomes available only in a web version (without download) presenting a series of new features:

• Noticeable improvement in overall query speed.
• Word and code search engine with improved results, and creation of a search filter within element families.
• Be able to see lists of items with environmental parameters added to the codes, descriptions and prices.
• Drag/drop element tool to a quote, Favorites tool to save items of interest, and Adapta-web tool to adapt prices, specifications and environmental data of the elements of a quote with the web bank of your choice.
• All elements have changed their code to a new format XXXX-XXXX (instead of the previous XXXXXXXX format). Existing elements in the 2024 bank in addition to the new code also retain their previous code, which allows budgets with previous coding to be updated with the 2025 bank using the Adapta-web utility. New elements that have been added to the 2025 bank only have a new code.
• The code for all work items and sets of work items begins with the digit “P”. To distinguish their typologies, there are the “Typology” and “Actuation” filters that allow access to the construction, urbanization, new construction, rehabilitation and health and safety items. Waste management is included in the P2R codes.
• Each element has 23 additional environmental indicators.

In relation to the price update, these incorporate the latest variations. In addition, for each bank, since May 2022, the price variations of the most relevant materials have been published periodically.

In relation to the data on the environmental indicators, these incorporate the latest variations in accordance with generic values ​​obtained from the Ecoinvent base.

In relation to the extensions, in each of the three banks, all the elements of the Infraestructures.cat Monitoring-Telecontrol-Photovoltaic-Vehicle Charging 2024 Bank have been integrated, updated to 2025 and distributed by the PG, PN and PP chapters in the Building bank and by the EG, EN and EP chapters in the Civil Works and Hydraulic Works banks.

The benches are used for models delivered after May 1, 2025. Exceptions are specific cases that will be notified by Infraestructures.cat.
