The 2026 updates of the reference price banks for Infraestructures.cat Building, Civil Works, Hydraulic Works and Geotechnics are now available.

The 2026 update of the Reference Data Banks for Building (construction and rehabilitation), Civil Works (road works and railway installations), Hydraulic Works (canals, irrigation, etc.) and Geotechnics has consisted of updating the reference prices, the extension of work items, the impact of current regulations and the review/update of the environmental data of the energy cost indicators, CO2eq emission. and waste.

In relation to the price update, these incorporate the latest variations. As a complement, each month the variations in the prices of the most relevant materials of each bank are published for download.

In relation to the data of the environmental indicators, these incorporate the latest variations in accordance with generic values obtained from the latest version 3.12 of the Ecoinvent database.

In relation to the extensions, these have been:

COMMON EXTENSIONS:

• Deep foundations (screens and pylons) with CE concrete.
• Extension of work items to the chapters of foundations, structures, pavements and protections and signage and sanitation, with recycled sand, recycled granulates, and concretes with recycled granulates.
• Improvement of channels and trays.
• Expansion of routers and improvement of the data concentrator.

In addition, each bank has the following additional extensions:

BUILDING:

• Archaeological work and treatment, cleaning and consolidation of archaeological material.
• Partitions and acoustic barriers in the ceilings above the screen.
• Extension of fixed strips of laminated plasterboard.

CIVIL WORKS:

• Extension of special waste management work items.
• Creation of hot batch bituminous mixtures AC 32 G.
• In outdoor lighting, the LED lamps have been expanded and those with sodium vapour, metal halides and quartz-iodine have been removed, outside the regulations.
• Creation of shelters for interurban bus stations.

HYDRAULIC WORKS:

• Extension of special waste management work items.
• Creation of hot batch bituminous mixtures AC 32 G.
