On March 20, ITeC held a technical conference dedicated to the publication of the new database of works in the natural environment, recently integrated into the BEDEC Bank.

The event had a high participation, both from the public who attended in person and from those who followed the event via streaming . The final evaluation was very positive.

The objective of the session, organized with the collaboration of Forestal Catalana, Diputació de Barcelona, Agència Catalana de l’Aigua and Col·legi Oficial de l’Enginyeria de Forests a Catalunya, was to give value to the use of the BEDEC-Work in the Natural Environment Bank and present the improvements incorporated over the last year.

Throughout the morning, several presentations were given by leading professionals in the sector. Francisco Diéguez, General Director of ITeC, was in charge of opening the day, followed by the intervention of Jesús Fernández Rodríguez, from Col·legi d’Enginyeria de Forests.

After the presentations, Irma Beltrán, Head of Construction Digitization Techniques at ITeC, analyzed in detail all the work carried out within this context.

Paola Sangalli, special guest and expert in bioengineering, gave a presentation on landscape bioengineering in the natural environment, considering the entire process from the project to the final execution.

The last part of the program was a round table where representatives of the different entities were able to debate the future of the tool.

Miguel Ángel Gonzalo, ITeC Construction Project Manager, closed the day, thanking all participants for their attendance and involvement.

With this event, ITeC reaffirms its commitment to innovation and sustainable construction, consolidating BEDEC as a reference tool for professionals in the sector.
