The ITeC has updated the BEDEC Construction Bank 2025-10, the web tool that allows you to access reference prices and commercial products, environmental data and technical specifications for your building, urbanization, civil engineering and actions in the natural environment projects.

The most relevant new features are:

• Update of the prices of materials with respect to the 2025-01 bank with a double procedure: according to queries in the sector, and according to the variations that their associated industrial price indices have undergone. See summary in News / Price variation indices of the main BEDEC materials.
• Incorporation of the products of the companies EMCO, MOLINS and SELDX, as well as the updating of those of BIODRY, EBARA, ISOVER, MAPEI, ONDULINE, PLACO and UNEX.
• Creation of environmental data for various elements of solar photovoltaic energy (PGE) and charging for electric vehicles (PGP). Also the updating of data on materials containing steel, aggregate, asphalt bitumen, cement, copper and PVC, and data on various machinery (C133, C135, C13A, C15A, C15E, C15F, C15H, C200, C20F, CZ15). Also the review of data on hot bituminous mixtures (B9H1, B9H5, B9H8) and draining mixtures (B9H9).
• Creation/expansion of archaeology families (P1A4, P1A5), dismantling of traffic lights (P21BA), special waste (P2R4, P2RA), screens (P66A, P660, P663, P7CR), as well as the resolution of various errors found.

And in terms of functionality:

• “News” has been added to the top line of BEDEC; you will find the BEDEC Bank Criteria, the price variation indices of the main BEDEC materials, news, etc.
• The “Where to use” option for an item has been improved, filtering by the specific elements that use it.
• In Settings / Display options / Calculation view in the item detail, the “Factor and performance” option is already active.
• Since BEDEC 2025-01, the change in the parameter “Variation according to the volume of new construction” has been adjusted, keeping the cost of labor unchanged and assuming it in the variation of materials and machinery. Thus ensuring that the workforce can never be under an agreement.
