On Thursday, June 11, 2026, the Official College of Quantity Surveyors and Technical Architects of Madrid will host the conference The new requirements for calculating the carbon footprint of the CTE and its solution with the ITeC BEDEC database, organized by ITeC itself.

The session will address the new basic document of the CTE (DB-HSA), which will incorporate the obligation to calculate the carbon footprint of the building throughout its life cycle. It will be explained in a clear and practical way what implications this new regulatory requirement will have and how to respond to it through the use of the BEDEC database and the most common budget programs in the sector.
