On May 13th, a session organized by the Catalan Association of Facility Management (ACFM) focused on Facility Management applied to low-built environments was held at the Finca de Can Bosc de Dosrius (DIBA).

Núria Vila, Head of Built Heritage Management at ITeC, presented several support tools available to professionals in the sector. Vila placed special emphasis on the BEDEC Project and Work database, especially for items related to sparsely built environments (farmhouses and other constructions), building construction solutions (rehabilitation, repair, restoration), installations, urbanization and actions in the natural environment. Also in the BEDEC Maintenance database, especially in maintenance operations on restoration construction elements. In addition, he also participated in the debate table.

The conference became a meeting point to share experiences, tools and management criteria linked to farmhouses, natural spaces and other constructions integrated into the natural environment.
