The ITeC 2025 Health and Safety Work Activity Sheets Bank and the ITeC 2025 Health and Safety Specifications Prices and Specifications Bank have been updated.

The 2025 Health and Safety Data Sheet bank includes the updates to specifications and reports and includes the updates introduced in the BEDEC 2025 database with the new codifications, making the use of the current bank compatible with previous versions.

The bank of files is complemented by the bank of prices and safety and health specifications 2025 which, depending on the activity and protection sheets chosen, allows the preparation of the health and safety budget and the corresponding technical specifications.

TCQ ESS recognises work budgets with new codes and classic codes and, as a novelty, generates the Health and Safety budget with new codes.

The 2025 prices of the ITeC 2025 Quality Control Criteria Banks have also been updated.

Its documentation encompasses almost all the tests that can be used in the different types of works (new construction, rehabilitation, urbanization; and roads and transport) and those contemplated as mandatory in current regulations are associated by default.

The bank of quality criteria includes:

1. Criteria for the frequency of tests.
2. Association of work items – areas of control (with the BEDEC 2025 bank).
3. Specifications (taken from the corresponding technical specifications or regulations). They include, among others, the updating of the Structural Code.
4. The prices of the trials include 13% for general expenses, and 6% for industrial profit.

With TCQ GCQ, the drafting of the Quality Control Plan and Programme includes the automatic association of criteria and sheets of characteristics and requirements in the items of the BEDEC Construction Bank 2025.
