The ITeC has updated the BEDEC Construction Database 2024-06 , the web tool that allows access to reference prices and commercial products for your building projects, urbanization, civil engineering and actions in the natural environment.

The most relevant novelties of this update are:

• Updating the prices of database items. The prices of materials have been updated with respect to database 2024-01 with a double procedure: according to inquiries in the sector, and according to the variations suffered by their associated industrial price indexes.
• Expansion of elements corresponding to the urbanization typology:
  • Demolition, earthmoving, waste management: Demolition (P214C, P21DC, P21DH, P21G4), earthmoving (P2217, P2242, P225, P22D1), supply of soil and aggregates (P2A0), waste management (P2R2 , P2R5, P2RA), transport of drilling machinery (P2VZ).
  • Foundations: Retaining walls (P326, P329).
  • Structures: Walls and stone walls (P4G3).
  • Coverings: tufted, trimmed or quilted facing (P8Z2).
  • Natural environment works: Construction of forest roads (PRC1).

And in terms of functionality:

• TCQ 6.2 has incorporated the function “Adapt prices via the Internet” which asks for a TCQ to be updated and a BEDEC web database from which to extract the information and as a result gives the updated TCQ.
• For those who do not have the TCQ software and need to adapt information from a BC3 file with information from a BEDEC web database, they can continue to use the Adapta-web utility. This has incorporated an improvement that is independent of the coding that the original BC3 has to adapt (a BC3 file can contain only new BEDEC codes, classic codes or a mixture of both), it is only necessary to do the Adapta-web once. Thanks to this innovation, a single BC3 is generated with the update of all the codes found in the database (whether new or classic codes).
