Brexit info: EADs will continue to be valid as a basis for UKTA/UKCA

EOTA reached agreements with both the European Commission and the British government that will allow the continued use of EADs in the British market. The arrangement will allow manufacturers to continue relying on EADs as a basis for their UK Technical Assessment (UKTA) and the associated UK Conformity Assessment (UKCA) also after 31 December 2021. The prerequisite is that the EAD has been cited in the Official Journal of the European Union.
