The European Parliament adopts the new CPR
Yesterday, April 10th 2024, the European Parliament adopted the new Construction Products Regulation.
The following steps are the formal adoption by the European Council, the corresponding text translations and its final publication in the OJEU, which is expected at the end of this year 2024 or the beginning of 2025.
This new RPC incorporates significant changes in the harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products, among which stand out the incorporation of sustainability and digitalization aspects.
