ROSSELLGINER and Associats SLP, Global Partner of the Barcelona ConTech Hub, in a clear commitment to innovation through new technologies applied to construction, has executed 7 Primary Care Centers in less than 10 months from the beginning of the project to the entry in service of the Centers, which means very high productivity based on sector standards.

In these buildings, LEAN, BIM, common data cloud, review monitoring with specific Apps, among others, have been applied.

The structural typologies have been very diverse, from precast concrete structures, reinforced concrete structures, wooden structures, metal structures, mixed structures and prefabricated modules.

ROSSELLGINER is a firm exclusively formed by Technical Architects, former Quantity Surveyors, with a vocation for the evolution of the different tools for continuous improvement in the execution of works, and focusing on reducing the incidence of revisions, where a considerable improvement has been achieved in their management and closure.

As one of the prominent drivers of our Hub, the challenge is to continue implementing more process improvement tools in the daily management of works, reducing repetitive procedures and ensuring that all those involved in the process take advantage, be it the Builder, the Optional Management, the Ownership or the future operator of the building.
