ITeC Breakfast – Industrialized Construction: Opportunities and Barriers
On May 15, different professionals from the industrialization sector in Catalonia met at a breakfast at ITeC to share knowledge and experiences on this topic.
The session included a round table moderated by Francisco Diéguez, General Director of ITeC, and with the participation of Montse Pujol, CEO of PMP, Eloi Tarrés, CEO of Evowall, Jordi Tragant, CEO of Compact Habit, and Higini Alfageme, Executive Vice President Precast Business of Molins.
Industrialized construction is an opportunity to advance and solve some of the sector’s problems, such as the housing emergency, the lack of qualified labor, sustainability… However, to achieve good results, a lot of investment, a stable market and a cultural change are needed.
