Lean Construction Conference 2026
The Lean Construction Conference 2026, under the title “Industry and construction: Value connections”, is presented as an unmissable event for all professionals and agents in the sector who want to understand where construction is moving and what role Lean plays in this transformation.
This meeting aims to go beyond theory: it will focus on the key role of manufacturers, suppliers, and industrialists, and how their collaboration with contractors and subcontractors can generate new synergies and multiply value throughout the chain. We will explore how the industry in the sector is applying Lean Management in all its dimensions—beyond traditional Lean Manufacturing in production plants—to promote more efficient, effective, and productive construction.
The program will include a practical workshop and several thematic blocks with different presentations and round tables that will address:
- The Influence of Manufacturers/Industrialists on Value Engineering in the Design Phase.
- His essential contribution in the construction phase.
- A round table between manufacturer-supplier-subcontractor-builder where we will discuss how Lean generates added and shared value throughout the supply chain.
Join this day to discover new perspectives, learn from real cases, and connect with leaders who are driving change.
We are waiting for you to share knowledge, inspire each other, and move forward together towards a more innovative, collaborative, and competitive construction sector.
