In 2015, Lean Construction Barcelona launched the Lean Inventory, an initiative aimed at gathering all actions in the construction sector in Spain where the principles, basic concepts, or tools of Lean Construction have played a relevant role.

The purpose of this inventory is to provide in-depth knowledge and a database that allows for the analysis of the state of Lean implementation in our country. It is intended both for the Lean community and for those professionals and organizations who share this interest or wish to join this philosophy.

We would like to expand and enrich the Lean Inventory of Spain, and for this we count on your collaboration. Our goal is:

• To create the most complete and representative repository of Lean initiatives in Spain—something that no other country has achieved so far. Why? To have up-to-date information on what has been accomplished to date and in the years to come, enabling analysis through the LEAN Observatory.

  • Monitor annual evolution, segmented by regions and topics.

  • Identify areas of training and Lean application that still present silos or gaps, as well as regions of the country where no results have been achieved, helping us detect pending challenges.

• To generate a database that provides visibility to all Lean-specialized stakeholders, including:

  • Professionals with specific Lean profiles across different regions.

  • Companies applying Lean methodologies.

  • Providers implementing Lean principles.
