The Lean Rehabilitation Kit (KLR) was presented at Construmat 2024
Last Thursday, May 23, in the context of Construmat, Ferran Bermejo , Technical Director of the ITeC and Coordinator of the Technical Committee of Lean Construction Barcelona, presented the Lean Rehabilitation Kit (KLR).
The aim of the KLR is to export the Lean methodology to rehabilitation works, through a set of complementary tools that allow construction companies to start a process of continuous improvement of their activity.
