Euroconstruct: the cycle change of the European construction sector is here

By Published On: 25/11/2014Categories: Market research, Press Releases

The change of trend has arrived and construction output in 2014 will finally grow, even if it is just a token improvement. This first timid recovery should consolidate during the next few years, but the economic outlook is not going to make it any easier.

Euroconstruct is not expecting another relapse neither in economy nor in construction, but it is obvious that the sector will continue for some time in an awkward position: problems will persist no matter the advances in production.

This diagnosis is also very valid for the specific situation of the Spanish construction market, but allowing that Spain will have to wait until 2015 to leave recession behind.
